lukemax aint responding to my emails, could someone ask him to change the name from Stargate.pbo to something like SG_AlphaSite1.pbo (cos ide like to keep this island) but the pbo name is problematic with other gates n stuff, i can rename it my self within the pbo n stuff like, but then my missions wont work on other peeps island

one of the required addons is actual corrupt, since they moved to http://ofp.gamepark.cz one of the AGS addons fails on extracting (corrupt file on both servers) if anyone knows an admin @ thier get em to check the AGS mod files

SWEET. Looks like the model itself is coming along, what's left ? Texturing, scripting, and such ? Any chance DSF and BXBX/Honza could share assets. It would speed things up.

DSF, when you release your next gate version, will you fix the bug that sometimes kills people going thru, especily the AI when they reach the otehr side. Also, BXBX, have you considerd using a backpack addon on the next version of stargate men ? That way they could carry extra supplies like claymore mines ? Maybe also include as standard load extra ammo and grenades ? Even better, maybe include tent's in it, so you can go thru and set camp ? Prehaps set it so wounded/dead SGC personel can be carried to a medic tent (if a SGC doctor is made/used in the mission) so you can heal the dead (criticly wounded) people ? Just think it'd be fun. Also, DSF, could you make with your GDO a DHD where you can manualy dial the gate, or is that dooable ? And BXBX, could you release a beta of Area52 and the replicators and the rings, or do you want to wait til they're done to release them ? On more idea, for anyone, make various primitive peoples with weapons ranging from knives and swoards to crossbows to some alien type of guns, maybe even ray guns of some sort. And for both BXBX and DSF, could you make the gate let bullets and RPGs and staff weapon blasts go thru ? Right now I can get only grenades and rifflemortars (JAM M14riflemortar) to go thru.

DSF Productions. A preview ? No thanks, Ill wait. Im not knocking your mod just saying it's survivable. Actualy, its a damn sweet mod. BTW, can you release a mod that has the sky effects from the nuke (the glowing fog and stuff) as a localized effect ? That way I can gate from sunny everon to an island on the map and have that stuff all around ?

O2 is generally used by alot of modders but from what u want to do it sounds like u just want to cahnge the textures that the soldiers have so they are different colours and stuff

i aint got your email address : / also i realized why i cant find it, its not called Aztec its called Maya Temple, its scripted to load on Jungle Evron (zips unmodified) just change the .jungle to .what ever map, or import (instead of load) onto the desert, snag it Here (remember its a real gfx lag, takes time to load the mission) http://www.filelodge.com/files/hdd6/137437/MISC/Maya_Temple.zip

ile try and dig that aztec thing out tonight, its on a dvd somewere, i have that Black_cammo_ version of sg1 aswell (reworkd to use the SGCP90 instead of the old one) but they dont seam to carry hand guns

And wraith, the main thing I was thinking with the nuke was to make the landscape look vastly differnt. Though I suppose that could also be done by setting lit fires to a negative height so the smoke's coming from the ground (remember once reading that was doable)

my main problem would probably be lack of ram lol, looks a good idea, only draw back would probably be game lag and lack of dammage, the nukes dont realy damage that much maybe a script that can incrase dammage to 100 for everything as you step through could make a fair mess, that aztect pyramid is set to all damage, gives a great effect as the dust settles on it (but it lags my 64mb nvidia to death)

use one of the 6 missions, one of them is pre-set to auto dial the gate and jaffa come through (just change the east soldiers into the east jaffa) in the editor i think its mission 4 (but im not sure) but east have a team grouped to 3 waypoints (thats the one you need)

theres a azrex sorta pyramid on the editor extra on http://ofp.gamepark.cz/ has anyone thoughtabout making a P90 weapons locker for the addon. am jsut talkin bout a stand that there are racks of P90s and other weapons on so that you can rearm if you need to. and it would be a relli background addon too
